Space Properties Tool

Introduction to the Space Properties Tool

The Space Properties tool is your central hub for managing property variables within your space. These variables can be referenced using the space variables macro. Through the Space Properties tool panel, you can easily create, edit, and delete properties.

The tool provides a comprehensive overview of all properties within the space, facilitating efficient management and making variables readily available for users. This is particularly beneficial if you utilize a default space template, such as for customer documentation. By cloning the space and updating the properties in the Admin section, you can quickly prepare a new space that is fully configured and ready for use.
