How to check organization field ID

This article describes how to check your organization field ID. This only relevant, if the plugin doesn’t automatically get the organization from a issue. Jira Cloud usually uses the ID 10002 for the Organization field.

 Instructions

  1. Go to Custom fields in the admin section of Jira

  2. Search for Organization

  3. Click on the 3 dots and click View field information

  4. In the url bar of your browser you can see the custom field id of the organization field

If the custom field id of the organization field is 10002, then you have nothing to worry about. If you are experiencing any issues, then feel free to contact our support.
