You have the option to limit editing permissions to only the notes, thereby restricting agents from making changes to other organizational details. Please follow the instructions provided below.

 Instructions

  1. Go to the Admin page for Organization notes

  2. Enable Edit Note Only: Agents have the capability to edit only the organization note and are not permitted to modify any other details.

  3. Click Save settings.

  4. Verify by going to issue and click Edit note
